Discount Tire

I'm from FL over 4K miles in my RV sightseeing & visiting family in Las Vegas. I had a fiasco trying to find a large enough parking area Las Vegas to possibly get my tires rotated, or just check my air pressure. The reason I love buying my tires from Discount Tires is having the security they are nationwide. I bought my first set in ND & again in FL....well after a whole day finally circle around to find anyone to check my air pressure in Vegas, I was glad to leave. (They cram their businesses too close to others & no parking room). Driving down to rte 40 & stopping at Kingman to patronize Safeway, I was happy to see there was a Discount Tire with such a large parking area for me to wait without anyone honking at me. I've always had Superior service at this location, with impressive customer service. I have bought several tires for different vehicles from this discount tire location and I have always been taken care of with warranties and other accessories. They have always honored my veterans discount as well. Thank you Richard for impressive service this morning as you inflated my tires, and gave me good advice about replacing my tire sensors with a very unexpected great rate that you offered. These are the reasons why I keep coming back.

The Store Manager John has done an exceptional job in building an amazing and professional culture here at this store! I travel 2 hours to do my tire services and needs here based off of quality, attentiveness, professionalism and culture! This team is top notch led by one of the best I’ve ever dealt with in John! I've now had two wonderful experiences at this Discount Tire location! A few months ago, I got new tires and Joseph was friendly, informative and efficient. Today, I went for an alignment and was met with more friendly and smooth service by Jordon. I'm super impressed with this location. I frequently get air in my tires as well, and the staff is always nice. Highly recommend!

Tires and work warranties are actually honored. Devan and Jordan are knowledgeable, professional and just great young men. It's always the employees that MAKE the experience good or bad since corporations just want our money. I will say tire prices anywhere are insane right now!!
