Discount Tire

Very unhappy with the Kingsport store . First left me on hold 2 times and never picked up had to call a third time . Told me good things on the phone drove to the store . Waited about a half an hour for service . DTalked to one gentleman very nice I have a brand new vehicle with brand new tires . Keep asking for tad I price of tires well let's look at what tire you want showed me something I did not ask for . Would not show me the tires I wanted . I said I need to know how much money fory new tires for trade in .They changed from salesman to a lead person or manager not sure . He told me price I said no that's about a third of new tires no thank you went to leave he got another person the two of them looked at the vehicles new tires . They both can back in and started making excuse

10/10 recommend these guys!! Quick. Easy. No hassle. I seen a lot of passion and pride in what these guys do from the front counter all the way to the back of the shop. I’ll definitely be back for future wheel and tire needs for my build. Oh also. Even my girlfriend said wall was the bomb. She said yall helped her out when she was having urgent tire issues. The above and beyond these guys are doing out here is respected. Truly.

Cam and Nathaniel were very helpful and informative. They took excellent care of my Lexus and made sure I was taken care of. Great service I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with these folks. They helped me find a cheaper option by offering me 2-day-old used tires at a much cheaper price. The staff was friendly and they took care of my 4Runner like it was their own. I definitely will be back when it's time for new sneakers again.
