Discount Tire is setting the standard for Knoxville customer service and car care at the 8500 block of Kingston pike. 👀 Being a female, it is all too common to run across people that try to take advantage of you when it comes to servicing your car. I am very happy to report that this is not the case at Discount Tire off Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN!! I am not only treated with respect, but I feel like all of my concerns get addressed, and questions get answered when I am here. I feel like a valued customer, thanks to the team here. Usually, when you hear a company say that something is their top priority, there is always a catch or just something that is unspoken that would prevent them from following through with their advertised slogan. I am giving 2 stars because the people working the counters are very friendly. This is meant to be a factual review and I will refrain from complaints until I get to the damage. I visited DT at 8512 Kingston Pike on Tues, Nov 25th to get a tire replaced. One of my outer rear (DRW Truck) had a gash in the sidewall. They had to order, said it would be in Friday Nov 28th. Friday comes, no tire. They reschedule for Monday, Dec 1st. Show up Monday, still no tire. FedEx shows it should be there but it isn't. I understand, these things happen. Tire arrives on Tues, they schedule me on Wed to come in on Thurs, Dec 4th. The full amount of work was to be....replace the bad tire, rotate and balance my fronts, and alignment. They are already backed up and informed me it may take an hour when I arrived

We had a wonderful experience today at the Walker Springs location. I called ahead to see what the wait was and to ensure I had the correct address. I hope I get this right, I’m horrible with names. I think his name was Ethan. Answered the call. Was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said that he would be on the lookout for my car and he did. He met us in the parking lot and welcomed us. We went in for an alignment but my car needed 2 new tires. I had planned on getting them elsewhere after calling around for prices. However, Ethan worked with us and was able to get us affordable tires so that I could drive away safely. He made sure to mention that safety was their top priority. They kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long it would take. They were under construction and v

By far the best Discount Tire I have ever been too. Why? Bradley at this Discount tire helped get me back on the road by providing the best possible customer service I have experienced ever, anywhere! Thanks again…I will be driving to this store every time I need tires from now on!

Every member of staff goes above and beyond for the customers and they a very family friendly. They answered every question I had and even the seemingly endless questions of my 8 year old son lol. Special shout out to Ben and Jose for doing everything they could to ensure I knew what my car needed and that it was safe for my children and I. I will definitely be coming back for all tire needs.
