After loosing the love of my life my fur baby, then I got a screw AND a nail in 2 different tires, this wonderful man made it possible for me to drive safely again! Had an appt to get 2 new front tires formy car. They were running late and by the time they were done replacing the tires it was dark and my grandaughter and I went out and drove home. Pulled the car in the garage and saw a big scratch and dent down the tailgate. They had put the donut tire in the back. Called discount and asked if they had cameras so they could see what happened and the manager said they don't. Brought the car back in and they said they didn't do that. Turned over to their insurance and was offered 300 and then 500 dollars as a final offer but the estimate is 1300.00. I wouldn't accept that because I didn't do that to my car. Now everything is denied and I'm stuck with this scratch and dent on my 2021 car that had around 20,000 miles at the time, that I have to p

Went online to Discount Tires website and looked and compared tires for our 2021 Honda CRV. The site is easy to use found the tires that I wanted and ordered and paid for online. Set my appointment online to have them installed in next day. I showed up for my appointment a little early and the guys got me right in and got my tires installed in about 30 min. Terrific tire buying experience on every level! After spending time comparing four tire stores, Discount Tire is clear winner on products, pricing, and service. Kian's thorough tire expertise, genuine helpfulness and no-pressure demeanor were very much appreciated! Great deal on five tire set, driving away within an hour, WOW! Also, during short wait time for service, it was fun to observe how the store manager conducted business with both his shop and sales crews. Way to go with terrific team spirit!

Love this place! Employee, Junjie, has helped us with both our Jeeps, which we take in regularly to check our tire pressure. He is amazing! He is ALWAYS friendly, professional, respectful. He accurately explains what he is doing, what he will do, and what his findings are. We went in for a low pressure tire signal and he found a nail in the tire. He arranged to schedule us in, even though they were very busy, and he had it fixed an hour and a half later. This worked out great as we have a long 3 hour drive to Phoenix coming up. Thank you Discount Tire! We know where to go when it's time to buy new tires.
