Second Edit - I called the store the next morning and spoke to Joshua. He used his personal vehicle to drive to Baxter and fix the issue himself. Four stars - the error should not have been made in the first place , but Joshua took it upon himself to correct. Integrity is a rare thing these days, and the management of this store displayed it. Bravo. Edit - the tire was NOT fixed. We began to lose air again a few miles down the road. We cannot air up the tire now because the air stem was not properly aligned when reinstalled, and the good tire, I can't even see the air stem. Despite the professionalim of the worked and establishment, the job was not done properly and we are far from home with our problem not solved. I recently had a new set of tires put on my car at this location. I’ll say that I’ve been to several different Discount tire locations, and they’ve all been pretty good. The one in Lebanon is no different. Everyone was friendly, and the service was pretty fast. I’d recommend making an appointment. Plus, you’re likely to find deals if you shop in their web page. I did. The service people are like a pit crew. By the time they pulled my car in, they had my new tires on in about fifteen minutes or so. I will go back here in the future.

This is one of the absolute best Discount Tires I've ever been too. The technician was honest about a tire repair as well as a replacement and I left here today $230 poorer but with four matching tires, four full warranties and proper rotation.

I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire at the lebanon location, all thanks to Chase. He went far and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I bought new wheels and tires, and I couldn’t be happier with how my truck looks after the installation. There was an issue with one of my old tires that I took off, and Chase handled it professionally and generously by replacing it with a free tire. Woke up to a tire that was nearly flat and clearly needed attention. Thankfully, I was able to air it up at home and make the drive to Discount Tire in Lebanon, Tennessee without any issues. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an associate named Lee. We quickly went over why I was there, as we stepped outside to inspect my tires. Even though my tires were originally purchased at a different Discount Tire in another state, he pulled up my information right away with no trouble. I was added to the queue and given an estimated completion time. Lee handled everything smoothly and professionally, making the whole process simple. My tire was repaired on time—and at no charge. Even after being a long‑time customer, Discount Tire continues to impress me. The clean, comfortable waiting area
