I had great customer service Mr Jake treated me as a person, educated me on my tires, took time and patience to actually help me and no rush! I have to say. From the time I called to set the appointment till the time they installed 4 New winter tires, excellent communication. I made an appointment arrived on time and BAM they had new tires on the car in 24 min. Shout out to Jake. Very professional. I used to go to another shop that did tires and repairs and every time I was there for at least 2 hours with an appointment terrible! Discount tire will be the only place I go to from now on. Even recognized my veteran plate and said thank you for your service. Excellent customer service.

I have my tires rotated and it did a great job! It didn’t take long and I was able to gather very quickly. The only thing that I would say is they replaced all my windshield wiper blades except the rear windshield wiper blade is an inch too long. I’m gonna go back and request The correct size. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

Had a flat that couldn't be repaired, so decided to just get 4 new tires. I didn't like the old ones in snow (stock Continental, Ford) so I pulled the trigger on a fresh set of Michelin CrossClimate2's. I was the first one in the store at opening, and had a ride ready so I could come pick up my truck later...Anton told me he could have all 4 tires done in 20 - 25 minutes. I called BS, but trusted him. I sent my ride home (I owe him a lunch now) and waited. 16 minutes. It took 16 minutes from the time my truck was pulled into the bay (about 2 minutes after approving the work) then returned to the parking lot. 16 minutes...to change all 4 tires.
