Awesome service by the guys at Discount Tire. I purchased 4 tires online on the morning of 12/6 that were in stock at the Lone Tree location. I went that same morning to see if they could get installed same day if I dropped my car off. I got my car back by 1:30 the same day! No upselling when I got there, only got new wipers for cost with no install fee. I appreciate going places like this and not being asked to purchase 10 other things as soon as you walk in the door.

My daughter bought a used AWD SUV and picked up a screw in one of the tires. On a Sunday, two other shops told us the tire couldn’t be repaired and tried to sell her at least 2 — possibly 4 — new tires. We waited until Monday and went to Discount Tire in Lone Tree. They inspected the tire, safely repaired the puncture, didn’t upsell, and didn’t charge us a dime — even though we didn’t buy the tires there. That kind of honesty is rare. We already buy our tires from Discount Tire, but this sealed it: every tire on every vehicle for the rest of my life comes from them. The Lone Tree location is truly exceptional.

Our whole family comes to this Discount Tire location. For years it has consistently taken care of us with the right information, the right tires, consistently great installations and always a smile and great service. Cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you to the entire staff for your help.

I’ve been using the services of this Discount Tire Store for over six years and have experienced nothing but exceptional, personable, and professional services with a genuine concern for their customers🤘🏼 I started shopping for new tires for my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, which I love , and my experience with Bryce, Cole & Cole W. (The tire tech) - was exceptional and these guys truly set the bar for great customer service. I would highly recommend this particular discount tire and will continue to go there for years to come, thanks guys for such a great experience👍⛰️

I’ve been a long time customer to this store and liked the service here. But I had to give a 2 stars review today. First, I had an appointment to replace tires and paid for it already before coming in. After one hour waiting, I saw my car was still at the exact parking space. I understand that there were other customers waiting too. But, they have to be more realistic about the scheduled appointments. Second, they didn’t come get me nor text me when my car was ready. I wasted 50 minutes more than I had to.
