Hesitantly purchased four new truck tires from them several years ago which the installer trashed the wheels so they compensated the tires so I could repair the wheels. Fast forward several years one of the tires has a separation issue (only 20k miles) so I discussed it with the manager which completely brushes me off not willing to do anything….irritating but not surprising; I guess that explains the empty shop bays with several bored mechanics standing around. I went over to Goodyear and explained my situation, without hesitation the manager offers me a discount on new tires that were already on sale. Fantastic experience today. John was extremely helpful and went way above in his customer service. John helped me out of a major situation by providing exceptional knowledge, patience and flexibility with my issue. Highly recommend and will certainly be back even though I would need to drive from Parker. However, it's with the drive for someone you can trust.

Stopped in on a recommendation of another shop. John was patient and so helpful and made several calls to try and help me find out the right type of battery, which was a special sized hybrid auxiliary battery (2015 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Aux/Starter battery AGM). John was honest and basically said I might have to go back to the dealer (possibly no sale for him) but he made several calls trying to find information to simply help me. The most remarkable thing is even though it looked like he might not get the sale, he didn’t blow me off because he didn’t think he was going to sell me anything. I could not be more pleased and thankful for his help and the guys in the bay. Appreciate this kind of “old school” service and his straight forward honesty. Highly recommend them and will use them

Thankful Pepboys has towing you can get and they showed up in like 20 minutes. Reasonable price too. Then, at the garage Bruce was very helpful and professional. My car was repaired very quickly and I also took my truck in for a battery which was also replaced quickly. Bruce made the whole experience pleasant and I will be taking both of my vehicles back for a ton of other things that need fixed.

Pep boys is amazing. They don’t push and don’t lie to you about anything, they’re just honest about how things are and help you get the best deal they can give you. They have taken care of all my cars and my family’s for like 20 years. Very affordable, they are honest and kind and let you know if any problems before they fix them, often fixing many little things without charging you and topping off your liquids, etc. They are absolutely wonderful people and a great business.
