Discount Tire

l had an excellent experience with Discount Tire from start to finish. Every single person I came into contact with was incredibly helpful and professional, especially every time I called the store with questions. No matter who I spoke with, they were patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain things clearly. I also needed new wipers and they gave me a place to get my wipers fixed! I am also really excited to have the flat repair tire rotation, and air pressure checks that come with my service. When I arrived at the store, the same level of care continued. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which immediately made me feel comfortable. They made sure I fully understood what was going on throughout the entire process and never made me feel rush

2.16.26: Stopped into the store to learn more about the tires that were on the car I bought Summer 2025. The original owner bought the summer tires & winter tires at a different Discount Tires. We updated the system to my name & learned when the tires and a spare was purchased, when due for next rotation, etc. They checked the tires & as I just had a tire pressure light come on, they checked it out for free. They found a valve issue, covered the cost & took care of it in short order. The crew couldn't have been nicer. It was mid day, people going in / out, they seemed like a well oiled machine. Well done Discount Tire and thank you! Will be back!

Absolutely the best service ever. I blew out a tire last night completely and had to run a bit on the rim. Was concerned about the rim. Showed up about 5 minutes before 8 AM with the tire and rim....I was barely pulled in when the doors opened and 2 crew members stepped out and came over to begin the service. They took the tire, listened to me and got everything set up. Told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I left and told them I would be back at 11 to have it reinstalled. I returned and they got me in immediately and 20 minutes later I was on the road with a new tire on..( highly recommend getting the road hazard warranty). Spare tire put back under the truck. Everyone was friendly , pleasant and efficient. Glad I've chosen Discount Tire the last 3 times I've bought tires.

These guys are incredible, this is the best Discount Tire I have visited across all the states I've traveled through. From their service and customer interaction to their work speed, everything is outstanding. They truly deserve recognition beyond expectations.

I needed all new tires, even my spare needs replacing. They finished quicker than expected. Staff was helpful & explained my options. Not how I wanted to start my birthday off, but they made it a pleasant experience. Leaving the lot, I could feel the improved grip of my new tires. Thanks a lot!
