Just want to provide a great review for these folks at this Mechanicsville location. This is the second set of tires we've bought from them in the past year and a half. The first set was for a Chevy Traverse Redline Edition with a Premiere 20" Redline exclusive wheel that I did not want beat up. They installed the same Continental tires that came from Chevy when new. Their technicians did a great job that day, not a single scratch in any of my 4 rims. Then today I put a set of Cooper A/T tires on my Tacoma. Again, from Zech who sold them to us 2 days ago to Tyler and his two technicians who installed all 4 in less than 45 minutes today, just a super clean and professional job! I decided to get it one more try. I ordered the tires and install on the web which went smoothly. I didn’t wait very long and they were very helpful. Yet, I requested stick on wheel weights yet they put on clip on weights. During my inspection, I had to ask for the valve caps to match as I had two black on one side and two silver on the other side. The technician said the paint was chipping on the wheel from the wheel weights and it was rubbing the brake caliber. I drove 13 miles in 2 days and one of my tires was completely flat- not registering 5 lbs. discount tire was closed yesterday at 4 so I had to get the valve stem reinstalled correctly last night.

Ordering via DT's website is great. However, once you arrive at the store they try to sell you wiper blades, lug nuts of all things, and a tire damage protection plan. They even put some meter on the tires you're replacing and show you a poster in the store that shows you where they fall on the range and that you need to replace them. Not sure why they do this when I have already ordered and paid for the tires online. I don't need to be convinced to buy them, that's why I'm in the store!! Restroom was dirty, and I was there at 8:45 in the morning. Don't think anyone even cleaned it that day. It's unfortunate that fresh coffee isn't available for customers. They only have bottled water. Despite all this, DT is the best and most efficient tire store around.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying tires. I picked the tires out on their website purchase them online talk to a very friendly staff there in Mechanicsville and had an appointment scheduled the next day at 1:30. They had my car in the bay by 1:35 and out of there by 2:00. Everybody was super friendly it's very streamlined and they offer multiple free services it's just great in this day and age to see just such professionalism thank you guys please don't ever lose this You're one of the few around.

More than a headache, they turned buying new tires into a journey. To begin with, they sold me alternative-sized tires instead of the factory-recommended ones. The car was riding a little less than desirable, so I went back to exchange them for the recommended size. They tried to charge me for installation AGAIN, and instead of prorating the extended warranty I already purchased, they tried to charge me for a second one. I finally got the correct size tires, and they were shaking worse than the first set! Took it back the next day for them to rebalance. The salesman came up to me and asked if I went to get them balanced again after I left last night. That question was so ironic that it took me a minute to register. He said there were two different sets of weights on the rim and one set was
