Discount Tire

Excellent experience using them recently for new tires on two vehicles. Always willing to get you in the queue, speedy service, and the friendliest customer service I've had in a long time. They had a hiccup with communication when we were waiting on some tires to come in but they made it right and gained a customer for life. A++

Bought tires online and had them shipped to the store. I called ahead and told it would be a little wait which I am okay with. I really needed to get an alignment because I had alignment wear destroy my previous tires so realistically any wait was okay as long as the work was completed. They did the tires in a reasonable amount of time, and parked my vehicle in the parking lot while the alignment rack was occupied. It was about 45 minutes for the other vehicle to finish the alignment. They then pulled my vehicle onto the rack and checked the alignment, as I was inclined to believe due to previous tire wear, the toe was out. But my big issue is that the representatives could not do the alignment due to features/options that my truck doesn’t have. I am really annoyed that they didn’t tell

Earl at Medina Discount Tire did everything he could for my 1969 Porsche 912 to make the alignment work and eliminate a shimmy. I can’t say enough about their service and attention to detail. I will continue to go to Discount Tire as they really know cars and take good care including torque wrench on all lug nuts.

I can't say enough about excellent customer service. From the first time I walked in to talk about the tires I wanted, quick order turn around and very flexible installation appointment times. Jamie worked with me during the installation process. He kept me up to speed with how the job was going. Definitely give these guys a call for your next tire purchase!

I needed new tires for my pickup. I went to a couple places. Shopping around stopped in there. Adam was great on giving me prices. They beat everybody as far as prices goes. When I went back a couple days later, Evan waited on me. It was also phenomenal. Was only there for 45 minutes. They installed new tires. Checked the alignment. I can't remember the gentleman's name that did that but he was also extraordinary, helpful and very polite. This place is top notch for sure. Will definitely be back
