Medina’s ACE Auto Repair

We had a great experience here. The owner took excellent care of us from start to finish. He diagnosed the issues with our car within just a few hours of us dropping it off and went the extra mile by sending pictures showing exactly what was wrong and explained in great detail, which we really appreciated. Pricing was more than fair, the turnaround time was great, and the communication was clear and honest throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop you can truly trust. We’ll be bringing our cars here for all of our repair needs going forward. Highly recommend

Had my radiator on my 2500 hd go out on me the day before Christmas Eve. I had called ACE auto as they were closest to me. They got my truck in quickly and diagnosed where the leak was coming from. The owner was very communicative throughout the entire process and gave a fair price to replace it. He was also willing to use OEM parts. My truck was back up and running the next business day. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair and honest mechanic.

I had a great experience with this auto shop. Their pricing was very fair, and they were able to get my vehicle in quickly, which I really appreciated. The staff was honest, explained everything clearly, and never once felt pushy or tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can actually trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
