I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcomed. The place was clean, organized, and everything just felt professional and smooth. The manager, Robert, was great. You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. He made sure everything was handled properly and checked in to make sure I was taken care of. That alone says a lot about how this place is run. I was helped by Vinnay and Isaac, and honestly they were both awesome. I visited Discount Tire today seeking assistance with low tire pressure and was immediately impressed by their offer of a complimentary inspection and air service. During the inspection, a nail was discovered embedded deep within the tire. The team efficiently repaired the tire in under an hour, despite a queue of three vehicles ahead of me. The service was expertly managed by Fidel A. who did an outstanding job keeping me informed about the tire's condition, including its remaining lifespan, tread depth, and potential hidden issues with the vehicle. They patched my tire, ensuring it was safe for the road. I consistently choose Discount Tire for their exceptional friendliness and hospitality, as they prioritize customer safety and provide peace of mind.

This review is a bit late but very necessary. A mistake was made by 1 of the associates on my car but the Manager Jordan provided the best customer service and help that I have ever received from a store/company. A lot of people/companies avoid accountability and don't care about their customers but not Jordan. He instantly acknowledged the mistake and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix it. He also didn't run from it or try to downplay or lessen the importance of the problem. I been doing business with Discount Tires for years, but at the Westmont location. I just had 4 brand new tires put on in Westmont last month, took them 35 minutes. I came here after work on my way home. Very unprofessional. I was told 6pm or sooner just for 1 tire which had a nail in it, mind you it was 2:45pm, there were people in there getting serviced before me but 2 people just stroll in off the street, I'm sitting close to the register, so I can hear conversations if they actually had an appointment, there was someone that came in who actually had an appointment and he was in and out, but he had an appointment. EVERYONE here was great. Customer service was exceptional. I wish I could remember everyone's name but unfortunately I did not get everyone's name.I was there two days in a row, and both days.The customer service was great. I do remember speaking to Chris on the phone, he was great, patient, with all my questions and knowledgeable. I do also remember Robert, who was the most pleasant person, putting air in tires. He very pleasant, brightened up my day with his smile.I really wish I would've gotten the names of the three young gentlemen that helped me out. They were great!
