I called the store earlier and spoke with Victor—he gave me all the info I needed about tires and was really helpful over the phone. When I stopped by later, he took the time to show me different options in person and helped me choose the perfect set for my car. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend Victor! 💯

Great store. Great communication and everyone very professional. I couldn’t find the key socket for my wheel lugs and decided to come here not thinking much and was surprised they had it. They went ahead and performed a great service. 100% recommend

Went and had 1tpms sensor replace, they told me i had to do all 4. After replacing them i asked if i can have mine back, it took them 25mins to handle them back to me, and they were broken

Excellent service and friendly staff

I had such a great experience at Discount Tire on Taylor Rd in Mission/McAllen yesterday. We originally bought tires for my truck here a while back, and yesterday I discovered one of them had a nail in it. I pulled in at 5:57 PM, just three minutes before closing, with my two little boys in the car. Even though they were about to close, Me. Norberto was incredibly kind and didn’t hesitate to help us. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely caring, the kind of customer service you don’t forget. I truly appreciate how he went above and beyond, especially at the end of a long day. Thank you, Mr. Norberto and the Discount Tire team, for such excellent service. We’ll definitely continue coming back!
