Discount Tire

Very positive experience. I selected, paid, and scheduled online. I was at the store around 45 minutes total for a four tire install. The wheels on my vehicle are powder coated and easy to damage. The dealership had previously damaged all 4 wheels while doing some warranty repairs and had to have them professionally repaired. I made the staff at Discount aware of that and asked that they make an extra effort to not damage my wheels. The staff did an awesome job and did not damage my delicate wheels!

Great service. Another tire place in downtown monroe told me a tire couldn't be patched and id have to get a new one. Went by discount, "oh you have plenty of room left by sidewall, we will get you plugged and patched up and have ya on the road free of charge in no time. Got me out 40 mins faster than estimated. These were factory tires, not something they sold me. All 4 employees I spoke with were great. They will definitely get my paid for business in the future

Buying tires it’s like going to the dentist. You don’t really wanna go, but you have to ! but the guys at discount tire take really good care of you. I find everyone’s very professional. They Try to explain what your choices are, and I always seem to leave happier than when I got there.

It’s hard finding honest people around here. I came in because I heard a weird noise coming from inside my tire and wanted to get it removed to see what was inside. I waited no longer than -0 min and I go to the front desk and they tell me they found nothing inside. I believed them since they’re the “experts”. As I left I had a gut feeling that I they weren’t honest and probably didn’t bother checking thoroughly. So I go to Walmart that’s right beside the shop to get a second opinion. The mechanic who helped me examined the wheel and knew there was something inside. He proceeds to remove the tire from the wheel and finds a nail inside after I was told from discount tire that there was nothing inside the wheel. If they lied and were too lazy to check the wheel I could imagine how lazy and d
