Discount Tire

Discount was one of the few places offering to install new rims. They replaced all 4 for a very reasonable price! I didn't have to wait very long and now my car looks so good..like a totally different car! Highly recommend

I bought my tires on the website for a great price and made an appointment to get the tires installed. I was greeted at the garage with fast and friendly service, and was notified of the progress every step of the way. To say my experience was painless is an understatement.

I feel that customer service is very important because you never know what kind of day a person is having. so starting off with a smile and being kind sets the stage for the entire experience. So I wanted to say that first. I went to every single tire place on McGalliard this summer and because I did not want to purchase all new tires. Every single place told me they could not help me because I could not afford to buy all new tires. My experience today and over the summer was excellent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin. His main focus was my safety. It was not about selling the most expensive tires, and that made me feel good knowing that he genuinely cared, and his team genuinely cared about the safety of my transportation. Was quoted $868.43 "out the door" for 4 tires, new lug nuts, 3 wiper blades, and an alignment. Then they charged me $916.13. That's almost $50 more than I was quoted. There's always something else wrong with your car when you go here. I just won't be back. Don't lie to people is the moral of the story.

UPDATE: I only go to Discount Tire. I went to this one asked if they would check tire pressure, they did not seem happy about it. They said I need a couple new tires ( After I told them I needed 2 new tires). It was clean and organized I just simply did not get the same customer service I normally always get. I for paid from a client and knew I needed new tires so I called and Talked to Gavin and went down there where he got me 3 new tires for a great price. You should always keep Gavin up front.
