Buying tires usually feels about as exciting as watching rubber cure, but this was refreshingly smooth. I picked up a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T4Ws for my SUV, and the crew clearly knew their stuff. They answered my questions, explained options without talking down to me, and kept everything moving efficiently. The installation team worked like a well-oiled pit crew—quick, precise, and clearly proud of what they do. Omar at our local Discount Tire Store was the tire technician that diagnosed and corrected the low-tire-pressure warning indication on our 2022 Nissan Frontier. He also researched the correct operating pressure for our truck's off-road tires and set all four tires to that amount. The surprise? There was No Charge for all of his excellent service. Awesome Customer Service!
