After the inspection, they explained that I actually needed two tires for safety reasons. Stefan took the time to walk me through everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. Be careful at this location. I purchased four new tires and had them installed. After the install, I was told the tire pressure sensor warning light would go off, and the pressure for each tire would read after driving over 30 miles per hour for an extended period of time. After failing to go out, I returned. When I returned, they checked each sensor and found that all four were bad. This simple 5-minute check could have been done during the tire replacement. I bought the tires online and set up an appointment to have them installed. An employee called when the tires came in to let me know and see if I wanted to come in sooner. That was thoughtful. I had an appointment time, and my vehicle was brought in promptly. The wait time was less than an hour, and the waiting area was great, with windows into the garage area. There were lots of customer service employees working the desk, and they were all really helpful and pleasant. I was really happy with the whole process until after I got my vehicle back. There was a LOT of grease, or whatever substance they use to help the tire go on the rim, left on the surface of all 4 wheels after my tires were installed.
