I was so down bad and all of my tires were bald with silver tread coming out of them. shout out to Malcolm, that guy is a G and blessed me. I was able to get such an affordable price, because of him. this is like my first time ever making a Google review on a business, because of these people hooking me up so well I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times, awesome dudes and amazing work. They are truly the best. Please go to them if you need tires.!

Guys were great . Shout out Johnathan , alex , and the rest of the crew . Came in with a 2021 Tesla model y ( blue ) I just purchased from Carvana and asked them to inspect the tires to see if needs replacement. All four needed to be replaced . And they were quick to hop on the phone with my insurance company and put a claim in for me . They spend well over an hour going back and forth with the insurance company but at the end they got it take care of . They order my tires and told me to expect them to be here Monday due to the winter weather we are having and they actually came in on Thursday . Got them installed and a full alignment done in about a hour and 30 minutes. Will definitely be back again for further service . Ps if you have to make a claim through sliver rock insurance good

I ordered new tires for my camper van from Tire Rack because they have better choices than Costco and are closer to home. My mechanic said they could mount, balance and install them, but they couldn't so I brought them to Discount Tire since Tire Rack is the same company. The facilities at this store are very nice, not like most tire places. Itis well staffed and had many customers sitting comfortably in the large waiting/reception area. This will be my first choice next time I need tires or an alignment. They also do wiper blades.

This is my Third experience at Discount Tires in N. Myrtle Beach. Michael and Bryan are super awesome. Michael met me outside as soon as I pulled up. These guys and their team changes tires faster than a pit at an Indianapolis 500. They are affordable, you get brand new for a very reasonable price. And they even will change your windshields wipers for again ..a reasonable price. You can come back within 6,000 miles and they will rotate your tires fore FREE! My car has found a new tire home. I give an extra 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just a great group of folks - very knowledgeable, and understanding. They took the time to explain all options, pros and cons, and solutions. Sometimes you just want to be treated like a person, and not a transaction. And every person I came in contact with at this store did that in an exceptional way.
