This place is basically Chick-fil-A meets a NASCAR pit crew, but with air guns instead of waffle fries. I pulled in, looked around, and for a split second thought, “Huh… nobody out front?” Turns out they were not empty. They were just that fast. Customers were coming and going so quickly they were practically teleporting. Speed aside, what really impressed me was the integrity. Their safety standards are clearly high, and I never once felt like someone was trying to upsell me into buying tires I did not need. In fact, they did the opposite. They said they could fix my tire, tried to fix it, and when it turned out it could not be saved, they covered the replacement. That kind of honesty is rare, and it absolutely cemented my loyalty. Oh, and did I mention that they will price match anybody

Highly, highly, highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone with any kind of tire needs. Whether it be balancing or rotating, or getting a full new set of tires, their staff and team are professional and so friendly ready to help! I got my new set of Yokohama tires fast and they were right on the button with their estimated completion time! Thank you to all the staff there for a great experience. I previously went to Mavis tires for years and I had a poor experience about 5 times in a row. You all now have my business! Thank you!

I am a 25+ years customer and would not go anywhere else for tires and tire service. It is the company’s culture that amazes me at every location I visit for service. Friendly employees, knowledgeable in their work and always having solutions ready is what I found at every location I visited. At this location in Opelika, since the company runs a pilot experiment model, things go at a different pace and algorithm. Human interaction is needed. The team who worked on my vehicle receives the highest compliments!!! Everything was ready just like a fuel stop in a Formula 1 race. I remain loyal to this business. I find the service, car care and customer support I need. Respectfully and polite, this business has my highest recommendation. I return my gratitude and appreciation to each team member

I Highly recommend the Discount Tire location at 2109 Frederick Road in Opelika. I had a large screw in my front tire and called to see if I could get in to have it repaired. I was advised to bring it in and if it could be repaired, it would be repaired at no cost. That just doesn’t happen these days, but true to their word there was not a charge. The entire crew was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, super fast and are true guardian’s of the Discount Tire brand name. I appreciate the second mile customer service. If you need anything associated with tires, Discount Tire is the place to go.

First time using Discount Tire in any city. I had been using another national chain, also in Opelika, and realized it was time for a change. I was blown away at how simple it was to shop for and schedule the installation. My tires arrived a few days early to this location and they called to ask if I would like them sooner. The process of install was about 25 minutes! I got Michelin and they drive like a dream. The pricing was fair. The interior of the shop was very clean. The staff member who received my car for the work was very professional. I will be returning to this location next time I need tires or any other options they provide. Highly recommend.
