What a pleasant experience - much different than the usual auto shop. Never once did I feel Reedy or the team were trying to sell me anything I did not need. They did a thorough review of my truck and made a checklist of must-have items and optionals. Then they explained it to me, answering as many questions as I could ask. The communication was top notch.
