I worked in the automotive industry for over a decade, so I have experience as a consumer and as the seller. Discount Tire knows what they are doing! I bought a set of Pereli Scorpin ATR for my F150, and I did not buy the protection plan. 2,000 miles later I had a blowout. Discount let me purchase the protection plan after the blowout, which I could not believe. So now, all 5 of my tires are covered for the life of the tire. Awesome business ethics you guys, thanks for everything! I will be recommending you to anyone who asks.

I asked for two new tires in front, they put the two new tires in the BACK. The receptionist Jose is trying to tell me I should have a one tire in the back and one in front, making it seem like my car having a limp isn’t a problem. On top of that they broke my center cap. I waited there for hour and a half because Jose called me earlier about the appointment and said I could come in early and I did. It only took them 25 minutes to do the job. Do not waste your money and time at this place because they will GUARANTEE screw you over.

I scheduled online for a Monday morning, but received a call Saturday morning saying they had an immediate opening of I wanted to come in. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the store. When I arrived there was a printed (paper) with my name on it welcoming me. Nice touch. My vehicle was brought in within 5 minutes of arrival and work started. The manager personally welcomed me and gave me a time estimate. I was expecting an hour. He said 35 minutes. My four tire installation was completed in less than 30 minutes. From the phone call to arriving back home was only an hour! The treatment I received made me feel like a VIP. Great job Discount Tire! Great prices and great service!!!

Amazing service, had a great experience working with Robert. He took all the stress away when normally having a flat tire is very frustrating. He went above and beyond to educate me on multiple different options even though he had already special ordered the tires I thought I wanted. I left extremely happy and he saved me over $200. I was able to replace two tires for the price I would have paid for the original one I wanted and then he even offered to guarantee the tires he did sell me because of all the bad luck I have had with tires lately.
