I've been getting tires from these guys since the beginning. In my opinion they have gotten better every year. They honor the warranty of the tire, the total team they have i would put up against any tire shop in ohio. It's been awesome watching you guys grow and keeping the same core values since the old timers days on 21. I'll never buy tires anywhere else.

Staff was very helpful. I sure did not feel like I was at the mechanics. Great atmosphere they have a movie that plays a little shop to look through. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. Great service and great prices. I got four new SUV Tires for much less then I thought I would here.

I have gone to Discount Tire ever since moving back to the area from Florida last spring. They have always been very helpful, professional, and concerned with customer satisfaction. I went in yesterday to get a new battery installed, and w/out sharing any details, they took this customer's satisfaction to new levels! Kudos to the team!

Ecsp as a mom of young kids they made this process so smooth with their children’s play area. There’s even a closed off nursing room too. They were quick to squeeze me in day of, kindle worked with me on what I needed done and polite through the process. And I’ve never had a problem with the work they’ve done.

I have been coming here to get my tires aligned for years now. I went in a few weeks ago. They didn't tell me that an alignment would not fix my car. They just told me i need new tires. So they aligned the tires knowing it wouldn't fix the problem. I leave and notice the car isn't aligned properly. I called them to get a quote on 4 new tires. A man named Taylor answered all my questions. I called back to schedule to come in for tires, but last minute I found some cheaper. I went with the cheaper place obviously. Taylor called back and said they missed a cal from my number and I told them thank you but I found another place. He immediately hung up on me. Very rude. I won't ever come back here. They should have told me an alignment isn't going to help, that new tires would fix the problem.
