Really great experience! I called the 800 number and Julie was great! She made sure I was ordering the correct tires and had them shipped to the Plymouth location. The ordering process was very easy. Once they arrived I was able to get installation scheduled online and make modifications if needed. I also liked the text updates on the progress of installation. The guys at the shop were fast and friendly. I’d highly recommend this location. Prices were comparable and I’ll use them again.

Had a slow leak in a tire. It was easy to make an appointment at the Plymouth Discount Tire. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. They removed a screw and patched the tire very quickly, and they did it for free! I didn't know that places with amazing service like that still exist, but I'll now be a lifelong tire customer of this store.

Great prices and fast, professional service. The people were very nice and got my snow tires on in just over an hour. Plenty of comfortable seating space in the waiting room with chargers available. Their app lets you tell them when you're on your way there and when you've arrived. I'd love to see an experience where that was your check-in too and you didn't have to wait in line to check-in.

I've always liked Discount Tire but this was my first time at the Plymouth location. They took longer than expected but it's because they spent time trying to find the root cause of my slowly leaking tire. The desk guy explained to me that I will probably need new rims, nothing wrong with the tire. He showed me some options but didn't try to hard sell me, which I appreciate. The technician who brought my car to the front when done, gave me some additional information as well. Appreciate the honesty and non-pushy communication. This is why I always use them.

Every time I come here service is quick and accurate. Comfortable waiting room and polite staff. With the interest free financing available on the discount tire credit card I won't buy tires anywhere else ever again!
