Discount Tire

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Discount Tire in Queen Creek on Ellsworth. I brought my commercial work truck in at 8:00 AM, one of the first customers there, to have a 19.5” tire replaced. I was told they were waiting on a delivery, which I completely understood. My issue is not the wait time — it’s the lack of communication and care for a customer’s property. Because the truck is loaded with expensive work equipment, I specifically asked the staff to park the truck inside the bay overnight since they said my truck would likely be the last vehicle worked on. I was told “no problem,” and that they would call me if the truck didn’t fit. I never received a call. Had great customer service with Brian at the Queen Creek location. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted in making sure I had the best tire for my vehicle and even refunded me my savings the same day after locating the best tire. Of course they could have kept my money and had me pay the higher price, but this is not what happened. Based on my experience I will recommend the Queen Creek location and “ask for Brian”!!

I spoke to associate and said they would take 24.00 off my total (165) which i prepaid for. They charged me for full amount there was no credit given because it posted to my bank today.

I like the free tire rotations and they are nice but they damaged the rim on my Tesla with their tools. This is not curb rash as it’s a half inch contact point and it’s closer to the bead on the tire and part of the side wall is cut in the same spot. Be better.

These guys were working their tails off and I was impressed with the speed of service despite the high customer volume. Impressive. Also, they price-matched my tires. Really happy with the value I got.
