Staff were super friendly, patient, communicative, and helpful. I came as a walk in and got a new tire sensor put on after they did a thorough inspection of my tires. Great branch of Discount Tire!

This situation is honestly beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. We are being forced to stand in a very long line just to pick up our own car keys. Something that should literally take a few seconds is turning into a long, unnecessary wait every single time. There is absolutely no separate line for people who are only there to pick up their keys, which makes no sense at all. Because of this poor system, we are losing a significant amount of time standing around doing nothing, just waiting for a simple key pickup. This is not only inefficient, it is extremely unprofessional. People who just need their keys should not be forced to wait behind a long line of customers dealing with other issues that take much longer. It feels like no one has thought about how much time this wastes

I had a screw in my tire, causing a slow leak. They were very honest that the placement of the screw might mean it couldn't be repaired, and were very transparent about options if not. Thankfully, the tire was repairable, which they did - free of charge! This is the second Discount Tire location I've been super happy with.

Shout out to Diego and his crew, they are just good people here plain and simple. Came in there with the family and they quickly looked at my car and fixed the issue without any appointments. Highly recommended here!

Love this location. I took my vehicle here for a slow leak back in December 2024. They took care of it but I noticed there was some damage to my wheel. Kaleb, the Senior Assistant Manager, worked with me to make everything right and put my mind at ease; he ended up replacing my wheel with a new one! Fast forward to the end of September, I ended up purchasing my first set of new tires for my car with Kaleb. He was super friendly, professional and was totally up front with me. Laid out options with no pressure and really looked out for what I wanted and what I felt the most comfortable with. Lastly, I was in for service at my Service Center today and was told one of my wheels was bent and should probably be replaced. When I called here to see how much it would cost to replace, I spoke with K
