Discount Tire

I'll start with the good: * I have 4 new tires and they are on my car * The guys putting the tires on my car filled and stowed the donut spare for me Now for the not so good: I bought 4 Michelin tires online all in for ~$1200.00 and set an 11 am appointment time for a couple days later to have them installed. The day before my service appointment I got a call letting me know that my tires had arrived at the store and would be ready when I got there. My wife and I arrived at 10:30 for the 11:00 appointment and waited for a customer rep to come out from around back to check us in, which was about 10 minutes. The rep told us at ~10:45 am that we were next to go. At that point he also convinced me to buy the hazard warranty which made the total go to ~$1500.00 At 11:35 our car had not gone

100% recommend! I spoke to the store manager and booked an appointment. I get there and numerous staff were eager to greet me. The store rep that helped me was super knowledgeable about what I needed. I was able to get my visit started super quick. Then, talk about super quick, my tires were ready within the hour. Lots of helpful staff with a great leader thats seems to be very hands on to help. Thanks for the new tires! My Jeep rides so smooth!

Gavin and Quan are amazing. Very thankful for their help. I had ordered 4 Firestone tires from their website and they had to be shipped from Charlotte, well apparently they had sent me tires that have been sitting on a shelf for a few years and tires that I guess are no longer being used, they could’ve very easily just put those tires on my car and been done with it but instead they showed me how they knew the tires were not good and told me they were not comfortable putting those tires on my car and instead offered me some tires that they had in stock and were new tires that had not been sitting on a shelf somewhere for 3 years, they weren’t Firestone tires but they are decent tires and cheaper and none the less I am very grateful. Being a female it is very easy to get taken advantage of

4hrs 39min, to get 4 tires swapped. I get they encourage schedule ahead visits and I didn't. I can't predict which store or time I'll be close to when I get a break to take care of something. So I'm used to being punished the extra hr for no appt. Mavis does same thing. Sales person had put me in the que after our vehicle insp and it had a commitment time of 2:15 I believe with her stating she thought they could improve it a bit. I'm patient but after 3pm started to get antsy. Got the" your next over here" which didn't happen. Was starting to ask for a refund when they pulled it in, after 4. The loud fella running the closest lane seem to be source of broken promises. He was supposed to pull me in after canyon but instead pulled in small black car, I went in bay 3. I was probably the 2nd person to set foot in this store when it opened in 2006. I used Discount Tire when I lived in Arizona in 1997 and was thrilled when this store opened in Rock Hill. I will not get tires anywhere else! The crew at this location is FANTASTIC and has always provided me with an outstanding customer experience every time I've gone there over the last 20 years. If you need tires or an alignment for your vehicle, this is the place to go...and tell them...Mr. Spock sent you!
