Discount Tire

My daughter is going to school out of town in rolla mo. She noticed a nail in her tire and began to panic. I sent her to discount tire and the crew quickly switched the tire out for the spare and ordered her a new tire. The next day they made quick work of installing the new tire and even covered most of the expense under the warranty. It very comforting knowing that even out of town we can rely on such great service.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rolla location! I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness of the business, the ratio of professionalism with personal care, and the functionality of each staff member to create a seamless team providing quality service! I called ahead and got connected with a wonderful fella named Chase. He met us at our car with a smile and an energy of truly wanting to help. Fantastic fella! Fantastic service! Fantastic price! I will certainly be returning!!

This store was great! I requested a price match to Costco, and though I thought I had found the same tires they were just slightly different. The employees were super awesome though and honored the price match on the tires and the install (to my surprise)! I scheduled an appointment and was met in the parking lot to have my vehicle taken back. They also let me know they had my wiper blades in stock (which I can never find anywhere) and could replace my truly shredded ones while they did the tires. I was happy to have the car in good standing by the time I left. My total wait time was about 30 minutes to have all 4 tires replaced which was an awesome start to the day. I normally hate having to take my car to any shop because I feel like I am taken advantage of, but this shop was completely

I did not get the man who helped me's name, but absolutely everyone at the store in Rolla, MO is unbelievably professional, friendly, efficient, and wholly helpful. Knowledgeable and welcoming. They greeted me by opening the door for me and helping me immediately. This is not the first time I've been there. They have been amazing every time and it wont be my last time there either. I only want my tires from this store. Amazing atmosphere that still got me in and out for 2 tires in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic service everytime.

They got my tire replaced quick. However they told me the tire that was on my trailer wasnt repairable. I'm not an expert 100% by any means, but I do know it was repairable. Instead of doing this for me and airing it up they just insisted on selling me a brand new tire. It isn't something I agree with, but I don't want my experience to make others think it is an unethical business. The pricing was fair, and like I said service was good. We were able to get right back to work within 20-30 minutes, so I can't complain too bad.
