Discount Tire

Wow they have great customer service! Pulled in for some air in my tire and there was a screw. The nice associate was so helpful and told me it wasn’t safe to repair in that spot, so the tire would need to be replaced, and actually all 4 tires were at the point where they needed to be replaced. He sent me a quote by email and after researching a bit, I decided his suggestion was a good one so I confirmed the quote online and set up an appointment for the next morning (since it showed online that the tires were in stock) and went ahead and paid online. It was a smooth and easy process. They called the next morning to confirm my appointment and told me which bay to pull into when I got there. Everything was ready for me and went very smooth. Absolutely great experience all around!!

I'm a traveling nurse. I went in Saturday to have a flat repair. Mr. Eric is who helped evaluate my tires. He was very thorough and polite. He made sure I understood everything that came with purchasing tires from them. They were very busy. He had me in and out, in a very timely manner. Giving me the best deal to get a whole new set to fit my line of work. Thank you so much Discount Tire and thank you Eric for such excellent service. You guys will always have my business.

William and crew got us set up with new tires for a car my brother was picking up in Rome. We live about an hour and a half south of Rome. All four tires were in rough shape, and two were flat. I was nervous because we had not scheduled an appointment, but it was not a big deal. Of course, prices were as great as they always are with Discount Tires. If I lived in Rome, I'd be a loyal customer to this location. I do use Discount Tires in Peachtree City though. Thanks to the Rome store for getting tires on and us back on the road for home in a decent amount of time.

Horrible customer service. My wife came up there this morning to inquire about a plug in her tire. She had to take care of this herself due to me being at work. My wife has social anxiety and was already really nervous to take care of this. As the sales representative was telling her he could not plug her tire she was texting me that he become super unprofessional and goes “well since you’re texting, I’ll just go help another customer” and walks off. When he returned my wife asked for her key back and stated she would find another shop due to his unprofessionalism and he became aggressive stating that they probably wouldn’t hold the same warranty that they do and it would be a waste of her time. This is the second time this has happened to us. It seems like all they want to do is just sale

I did my research online. Discount Tire had the best prices. I called my local store and spoke to a very kind and helpful gentleman named Samuel. He helped me with the best tire for my budget. Samuel ordered my tires that was delivered the next day. My wait time was less than expected. I am highly happy with my purchase and experience.
