Was very professional and efficient. Was very pleased with the job done. And the wait time was incredible. Never had a positive experience like this at a tire store before.

This store is quite exceptional! Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely went above and beyond. The guys here made the whole process easy peasy,and within an hour of walking in I had all 4 new tires put on and an alignment done! I will be a return customer!

Traveling through Russellville, one of our tires was punctured and became flat. Thankfully I had a spare tire and was able to drive over to discount tire. It was within 30 minutes of closing. But they were very receptive to help us. They were awesome! The guys were extremely professional and friendly and was able to repair the tire to get us back on the road in a timely matter. I brought my rental car in to replace a tire. Despite numerous issues and delays from the rental company this establishment replace the tire quickly and was willing to hand me the keys back without the issue being fully resolved. Michael at the service desk was incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding that I had been stranded all day. This is a great place with a rare level of customer service.
