Discount Tire

First time using Discount Tire today and I was impressed. I’ve been a lifetime Les Schwab loyalist (around 30 years of using them) but they haven’t been the same at all since they were bought out, so I thought I would give Discount Tire a try for new tires. Miguel and the Salem crew were friendly, worked hard and are very knowledgeable about tires. Great pricing, plus an easy to use website to pre-buy the tires and set the appointment. They have earned my business in the future for sure!

The service is outstanding I've used Discount Tire over the years 100% satisfied with the service at the Salem store they helped me with a new set of tires that seemed off so they switched me out and now enjoying the ride with Michelin. I've used Discount tire in Tucson AZ same dedicated service there too.

I was recommended to use the Salem shop a few years ago. I am very happy and pleased I was! Today i purchased second set of tires from them. Not only are they efficient, the staff are so friendly. They all worked together to cover the counter as well as in the shop. I was in and out within 45 minutes! I was able to make the appointment online and buy the tires then too. I got text updates along the way. I will come back again! Keep up the fantastic work!

I just had tires installed on February 21st, and just wanted to thank your whole crew for an awesome job. After I clicked on the wrong size rim while ordering/making appointment online, DT was able to get me into another comparable tire by the same manufacture, without any hassle or inconvenience. Excellent service. Easy online ordering and assistance from the chat on the website. Price match saved me more so I could afford the warranty which is real good. Me and my family take all our vehicles there. Tires is all they do so they are very quick and competitive and competent.
