Store Manager, Mike went absolutely above and beyond to get my needs taken care of in an unfortunate situation. Ian was also very helpful, patient, and demonstrated a high level of customer service, willing to do what it took to take care of the customer despite things not going right, completely outside of his control. Overall, the level of service i received and willingness to work through the problem to a resolution, shows not only great leadership, but a great team moral with commitment to the company's mission. It is people and service like this that keep me coming back - I will never take my business elsewhere! Thank you again Ian and Mike. You made it happen and bought the business a customer for life!

Came here to get a full set of tires. A gentleman named Cody helped me out, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out tires within my budget and made sure I left satisfied with my expirence. I recommend seeing Cody for all your tire needs. I went in and left within 10-15 ish minutes. They put those new tires on faster than I could believe. I will definitely be coming back!

Quick and excellent service! I discovered a fresh nail in my tire, called ahead, spoke with Tony. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get this fixed on a snowy Friday afternoon, but Tony and the crew came through with flying colors and great, friendly customer service. Although they were busy, they still got it taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the progress tracker they use as well. I’ll definitely be back to buy my next set of tires here!

I came into the shop needing a new set of tire pressure sensors installed onto my 2010 4Runner. I spoke with Cody and he’s was incredibly helpful. He even gave me credit for a mostly new tire I had left after getting a whole new set of tires installed at a different shop. I was taken care of same day and was impressed with the service. They’ve got my recommendation.

I came in to get my tire replaced after it blew out on the freeway. I had issues getting it replaced at another place and I came here earlier to get a new tire pressure sensor as well. After that the tire gave out and I was out 350 dollars for one tire. I wasn’t told when I got the tire pressure sensor replaced if that was the issue or not and they didn’t tell me anything was wrong with the tire. Cody was the one that helped me today and he made it right. He gave me credit from the sensor and he gave me a fair price to get my tires replaced so I wouldn’t have to worry about them going flat on me.
