Nathan & the female (I didn’t catch her name) did an absolutely phenomenal job on my grandfathers truck. A previous discount tire (NLR) installed some bad valve stems that began leaking. They were able to identify the problem and replaced all four even though only two were leaking. I know that they had to go out of their way to accomplish this and I really do appreciate that. Especially on a snowy day in Arkansas. If Nathan isn’t a store manager, he should be. He was very professional and friendly to me. I didn’t speak with the female but I watched both of them work and she’s also a hardworking professional. I had ordered windshield wipers online and had an appointment. The wipers were put on immediately. I also requested a quote for four new tires. The technician got me the quote but asked me why I was dissatisfied with the tires on my car. He said they looked fine. I informed him that my Toyota dealer told me the tires needed replaced as the tread was inadequate. He got a gauge and checked the tire treads. He said my tires were fine and to come back when they actually needed replaced. I interacted with three techs. They were all so kind and helpful. I did not even have to get out of my car. As a 78 year old widow, it is so satisfying to find such an honest business.

I had a great experience at this store! I realized that I had a flat tire on a Saturday around 3ish pm (mind you they close at 5 pm). I thankfully managed to get there on my less than adequate tire, and I was met with a super helpful employee named Jaxson. He listen to my concerns, surveyed my car/tires; and in less than 10 minutes, they were already working on my tire. They did an amazing job all the way around, and I’ll be going to them for all tire needs now. Top notch service!

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. They even have price match where they will match or beat a competitors prices on the same tires including installation. I highly recommend doing business here. They will even patch your tire for free even if you didn’t purchase it from them if the tire is repairable.

Long story gonna try and make it quick! My husband went in today to get a couple tires , he was treated very well by the person that checked him in and gave him price. He don’t remember his name we can check on receipt.. He was very professional and nice !while sitting in the waiting room a woman walked in ,She was came in 30 minutes after he had been sitting there and she talked with a man named Chase and I’m not gonna mention her name because she was a customer but we know it.
