Discount Tire & Service Centers Irvine

I had a wonderful experience at Discount Tire in Irvine. I caught a flat tire and I came in an hour before they closed. Juan was extremely friendly and ready to assist me with my needs, despite my arriving soon before they closed. He was efficient and knowledgeable and worked diligently to help me find a tire that was dependable and importantly affordable for me. The service was speedy and my car was good to go after. Thank you Juan for being so accommodating and friendly with your service, especially after I just completed a long day of work. I definitely would recommend this tire & service center if you’re in need!

I had my oil changed, tires rotated and aligned. Christian, my service advisor, was attentive, located 3 nails in one tire and was able to replace it due to the warranty. He involved in how the repairs progressed. I appreciated the complementary hot cocoa and water while I waited. First time visiting Discount Tire as they had competitive tire pricing for what I needed. Juan was incredibly helpful and I appreciated him explaining the information on my tire puncture add i like to learn about my car maintenance. He actually informed me that they could patch the tire instead of needing to replace it. I so appreciated their honesty, transparency and education would definitely recommend and go back! Tires were priced well and installed without issue. I do feel I was talked into a $120 alignment based on a phone conversation, and the actual alignment report wasn’t provided until after I paid. After reviewing the specs, the vehicle was already within range and this felt more like a minor fine-tune. Better transparency upfront would’ve helped.
