Discount Tire

I don’t know much about cars, and my car suddenly looked like it had a flat tire. I also saw a tire pressure warning sign on my dashboard. After filling the tire with air, I made an appointment at Discount Tire to get it checked. Rory was excellent and very professional. Many places try to push customers to spend more money, but he was the opposite. He was honest, kind, and clearly explained everything to me. He told me the tire had a small leak and that they could fix it. Aron, who fixed the tire, was also great and very knowledgeable. The most amazing part was that they repaired my tire without charging me anything! I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Thank you, Discount Tire, for your excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great place. Rory and Georgio were very helpful and explained all the products thoroughly. No pressure to buy. Very educational. The facility is clean and well maintained. It is a bit tricky to pull in during rush hour traffic from the cross street, so I recommend pulling in from Highway 99.

STELLAR experience!!! Outstanding customer service … truly friendly and professional. The online system where we ordered, paid for tires, and made an appointment was excellent. The digital heads up and check in was fantastic. The online updates were excellent. A rep even came out to give an update. They even cleaned our TPMS sensors before replacing. I cannot say enough about this shop! Will return again and again.

Went for a tire install. Pressure was way off and they damaged my rim. Good thing I wasn’t on the highway for long before noticing this. If you’d like to have your rim damaged and tire installed with unsafe pressure, this is the place to go.

This place is terrible. The guts here are rude and dont listen to what you ask for or tell them. They instantly try to sell you the most expensive tires! I left and never came back. I should have listen to my uncle when he said not to go there. He bought 4 brand new tires there and had them, put them on drove away.And before he could get home , one of the tires blew the side wall out. He went back and they refused to replace it. So he went to another well know tire place & they agreed it was defective. Absolute crooks. Don't waste your time because even the cheapest tires they have are more then other places.
