Discount Tire

Stopped by during our road trip to check the tires, and I'm so glad we did. The staff clearly explained why a replacement was needed, and the price was fair. They changed the tires quickly, saving us a lot of time for the next leg of our trip. Really appreciate the great service!

this is the best place you could go for tires! they got me in and out with a great price and awesome customer service!!!! And to add a cherry on top I love the "journey tracker". Their journey tracker delivers text messages that alerts you of your progress for your vehicle. I 100% recommend discount tire. I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes, considering they did two tires for my van. Thanks again discount tire!

All employees were pleasant and professional. However, the communication from the store lacked. I had to make two trips to the Sioux City location because I was informed that my tires and rims were at the store but I was not given notice that they actually didn't come in until I was already in Sioux City which is 80 miles away from where I live.. I would not have waisted a 160 mile round trip for nothing. Then 30 miles after having new tires rims and tire pressure gauges installed, the tire pressure warning on my brand new vehicle came on. I checked the tires and all air pressure was appropriate. Still the tire pressure warning gauges stayed on. Now I will have to make another 160 mile round trip just for them to fix this situation that should have been done the first time. That is two tri

I scheduled an appointment at 9am when there were no cars waiting (empty lot). Within 20 minutes of my arrival and check in to have 3 tires replaced the parking lot was full with customers. I was given a 40-45 minute time frame. It’s now been an hour and 15 minutes and I’ve watched 8 people who arrived after me come and go with no word on my car. I paid almost the same amount in fees as the tires cost as well. I noticed their tire insurance (instead of $26/tire) is now $24 to cover the tires tread and now it’s an additional $10 to have the walls of your tire covered. It all use to be included in that $26. It’s not really worth the cost anymore, as you’re paying $15 less than you would for a new tire to get insurance. It use to be worth it and I’ve come to discount tire for over 5 years

Id have given it 5 but there were some issues. We bought tires but they only had 2. So they put the order in for the other 2. Except they didn't and we waited 3 days to find out. Other wise the service was awesome. They didn't feel right letting us leave with 2 bad tires but they didn't have any loaners in our size. They do free rotation and no charge for fixing flats. And we opted for the cheapest tires which were $96 each. Definitely my go to for tires.
