Best tire shop experience yet. I called them yesterday, they got my tires in today and at a smoking good price. They sent a text where I could tell them I was on my way and when I got there they walked over it all with me. Measured the other tires just to be sure and had these swapped on and I was on the road in about 33 minutes. They even told me it might be 45 but got it way faster. Everyone was super nice and talkative and I appreciate the entire experience today! Awesome. Saving also so I don't forget that this is the one I will return to with my other tire needs!

I had a great experience getting my tires replaced. Cameron was the first person I spoke with over the phone when booking my appointment, and he was also at the front desk when I arrived. His customer service was excellent—very detailed, professional, and efficient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly while also multitasking with ease, assisting multiple customers in line, those in the waiting area, coordinating with team members, and answering phone calls—all without missing a beat. I also want to recognize Chandler, who I could see working through the window. He was quick on his feet, clearly skilled at what he does, and stayed focused the entire time. I’ve given Discount Tire positive reviews in the past and have generally had good experiences, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. On the positive side, my tire was replaced under warranty, and the service time was reasonable. Unfortunately, several serious issues followed that raised safety concerns. After leaving the store, I was chased down by an employee in a car and stopped at a red light because a technician had left an orange magnetic tool attached underneath my vehicle. While I appreciate the effort to retrieve it, this should never have happened. More alarming, while driving home in winter, snowy conditions, my tire pressure monitoring system alerted me that the newly installed tire was inflated to 79 PSI, nearly double the recommended pressure. Great experience. Called one day. They had the tires ready the following day. Made an appointment at 10:30am. Got my car at 11:30am. Their staff was so friendly and efficient. Their waiting room was quiet and clean with great internet too. Recommend 10/10. I wish all car places were this good!

I’m really grateful for this tire shop. I’ve been coming here for years and never have I actually given a public review. Today I had to come and replace a tire after running over metal objects in the road. I couldn’t dodge the debris in the road and had no choice but to run it over. A month ago I was at this location and I bought 4 brand new tires. Today, thanks to the warranty I paid $30 for a brand new replacement and Cameron was so kind to me!
