Bayleigh, was a total rockstar helping me when I arrived to the store after I booked an appointment online to have three of my four tire sensors replaced. The wait time was exactly what I was estimated. She was very knowledgeable about switching out the brand new tires. I arrived with that were on my rear to my front to explain why it’s important to have new tires on the front versus rear in the winter.

Always have a good experience at the South Bend store. The snow tires have been a life safer this winter. Just got them rotated and appreciate the good follow up service. Thanks!

I have used Discount Tire for years for all the vehicles I own. Their staff is always courteous and helpful. They take the time to explain options and make brand comparisons. I consider them the model of great customer service, not always a given in retail today.

I was very happy with my visit to this store. I was able to very easily place my order and appointment time online. Upon my arrival, I did not have to wait at all before my car was being pulled into the bay. The staff was very friendly and professional, the store manager was very nice and i noticed he made it a point to interact with all customers, offering coffee or something to drink. They installed all 4 new tires, windshield wiper blades and did an alignment in less than an hour. No high pressure sales. I was on my way and very happy. Would highly recommend.
