Discount Tire

We were driving a rented RV when a malfunction caused a huge hole in one of our tires. Thankfully, we stopped at Discount Tire, where Payton, Mikey, John, and Chris took incredible care of us. They inspected the tire and quickly discovered the issue was caused by a sensor—something we never would’ve known on our own since we’re not very familiar with RVs. They documented everything for us so we could report it to the rental company, and they made sure we fully understood what happened and what to do next. Their professionalism and quick action potentially prevented a serious problem for our family on the road. These guys at Discount Tire truly know what they’re doing, and their help meant the world to us. They absolutely saved our trip, and we’re incredibly grateful. This place is amazing—

It was a long day... I missed some work... But the attendant stayed in touch with me and made sure to get my tire. I'm a diehard patron of Discount Tire! This is my 3rd vehicle, and throughout the years, they have taken care of all my tire needs.. Even with all the tire shops popping up around St Augustine, there's no match for the customer service here. Love love love!!

Billy was super helpful and made the entire tire buying experience really smooth. I came in for a slow leak and ended up buying all new tires; something I was putting off for a while. Very happy with the service and support in what I was getting, Billy was knowledgeable about what I needed and was very helpful!

We had a flat tire on I-95 just north of St Augustine while trying to get to our destination in Brevard county. We were able to make it to Discount Tire on our spare, just before closing time. The service we received was outstanding. Mikey greeted us and assured us he could get us back on the road in about an hour. His entire team was awesome and stayed late just to get us back on the road. If you want great customer service go to Discount Tire, Mikey and his team will definitely go above and beyond.

I have been using this particular Discount Tire Store in St. Augustine since 2018. They are always fast and very professional. I highly recommend this location if you are any where in the northeast Florida area.
