Discount Tire

I received Excellent service from this shop. DJ, who works out front, gave me very quick service, last minute even, to help me with my family schedule. They had an easy customer service flow and experience. The price they gave me was commensurate with other quote I had gotten; and I see they offer allot of future value with maintenance support. I’d recommend them; and I want to again give a shout out to DJ and his team.

I have spent 10's of thousands of $ at discount in the last 25 years. We try to buy the quality tires. All of my vehicles are outfitted with Michelin's. I like the service at Discount Tire and I believe they're the best in their field. Almost every single Tire I bought the last 25 years has been from discount. That's my 5 personal vehicles and 5 or 6 work Vehicles as well. This is by far the worst discount I've ever been to in my entire life. Its 5 minutes from my house and I have to drive to Baymeadows or St Augustine to get work done. I have been by several times in the last 2 weeks trying to get my tire repaired. Every time I'm told to leave it for a few hours. I tried to get air in my tires today and waited for 5 minutes and no one helped. There was only two cars in the bay and techs

I came a few weeks ago and I’ve been wanting to write a review for my visit. I was being helped by DJ and he did a fantastic job! He was able to explain everything in detail about my tires that needed to be replaced and helped me with my concerns about my car. He was professional, kind, helpful and educated about things needed to get done with my car. I believe DJ is the best one there and does a great job when I visit this discount tire compared to other locations that I have experienced over the years.

After troubles with Mavis I called this location and co firmed they had the tires I needed and could install them. After I arrived they inspected my truck and stated they could not I stalk the exact tire I’ve had on my truck for 3 years because “it wasn’t safe” according to their system. I’m shocked they refused to install these tires that 2 other stores have installed, they don’t seem to have actual knowledge they follow an algorithm. I chose Tire Depot I stead and very happy

My experience at Discount Tire was absolutely fantastic! Jacob set up my tire balancing appointment in a very professional, polite and helpful manner, answering all the questions I had. When I dropped off my tires the next day, I was greeted by Eddie. I explained to him how important it was for me that my wheels be handled with the utmost care. Without hesitation, Eddie understood and assured me that everything would be done to my satisfaction. Eddie was absolutely correct. I could not be more pleased by the way I was treated from the beginning all the way to the end. The quality of work they did was exceptional. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location to my friends and family.
