Discount Tire

The golf cart dealership i work for usually uses the Discount Tire by Harvester but this one is closer to my house. I went there today because my daughter's car needed a tire warrantied and two new tires because they were bald. Ben greeted me this morning and he was one of the most professional attendants I have experienced. He was courteous, knowledgeable and came across as genuinely caring for me as a customer. We used to use Walmart or Sam's Club for most of our tires services because of price. Their customer service always sucked though. Discount Tire has great prices AND customer service. They have earned my family's business.

Went in for a tire rotation and to replace a pressure monitoring stem. Every time I go there I get more impresses. They not only rotated the tire but also balanced them for free (I did buy the tires there.) They also adjusted the tire pressure accordingly as the rear tires are less pressure than the front. Their prices are very fair and they are honest.

Branden and his team are absolutely amazing! His store is always clean, stocked and most importantly their service is superb! Every client gets personal attention and they thoroughly explain all the services and charges, nothing is hidden or overcharged. Changed tires on all current cars and have done 10 + with discount tire before so can’t say enough good thing about this company.

Fantastic service here. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and found me a used tire installed for an amazing price. Highly recommend these guys!

I was referred to them by one of the tire guys at costco, who said he went there for some of his tires. I figured that was an excellent referral. I was impressed at the professionalism and curtesy of the Manager and employees. It was also very clean. I went there because I had a bad experience elsewhere, and Dylan gave me a lot of information about my tires from the former place, which was very helpful. I thought they were great, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their warranty program for the tires is also excellent.
