Discount Tire

My front tire burst while taking my daughter to school and I was at a loss of what to do, so I saw the store and inquired about getting it fixed. The guy that assisted me made a discovery that both front tires needed to be replaced and was very helpful. Made sure I was aware of the reason and risks of not getting it fixed. Everything was great ( service and professional service)

The salesman gived excellent service, but the person who supposedly rotated n balanced my tires did a poor job, I had to get him to reset my tpms bc he didn't reset it , he told me he wasent sure how to reset it, then after he reset n walked off I notice all of my tires had different psi 38, 36, 34, 32 psi....to me this indicates that he just rotated but didn't balance my tires or he incorrectly balanced my tires, I had to drive up the road to Lowes to inflate my tires to the correct psi....normally I get good service at this location but whoever did the job needs more training! I paid for balancing so I'm disappointed 😞

Always have had good luck with discount tire. I have purchased several sets of tires from them. This past Friday it took them over 3 hrs to mount my new tires - they were not that busy. Just very poorly managed. The kids in the shop were doing their best to get things done, but you could tell they did not know which direction to go. One shop hand mounted and balanced a tire, the shop lead came up to him giving him a hard time for mounting the wrong tire. So he had to dismount the tire. About 20 mins later, another shop hand did the exact same thing!! It was comical to an extent, very similar to a circus act. Very little urgency - they’ve lost my business moving forward.

Good service . The team came to my car right after I parked to collect my information. The facility and all employees represented the company exceptionally well—everyone was clean, professional, and in uniform, and the facility was spotless. They confirmed the price matched the specific service I requested. However, did not mount the tires as required when changing summer to winter tires (location, tires were marked), did not check air inflation, nor mark the tires as they were removed (front right, back right ect.). Vehicle is an all wheel drive.

Went in on Dec 17th for new tires. Unfortunately the tires I wanted were not in stock. I was told that tires would be there on Dec 18th at noon and that they would call me so I could come in and get them installed. I took the day off work so I could get tires installed when they arrived. Approx 2pm on the 18th I called to see if tires had arrived. They told me that the truck with the tires I wanted hadnt arrived yet. They told me tires would still arrive on the 18th and that they would call when tires arrived. Today is Dec 22nd and I still haven't recieved a call, text, email or an fu. Fortunately for me your competition got the tires I wanted and installed them the same day i went to them. They also got my money. I won't be responding to your copy and paste response. I resolved the issue
