Shop around for the brand of tires that you want online. And make a copy and take it with you. Discount tires will match the price or even give you a better deal. Make an appointment to have the work done. They do great work.

My experience at Discount was very positive. I purchased my tires online and the process was very easy! It definitely helped reduce my wait time once I got to the shop. However if you need to go to the shop instead of online the team that was there did a great job. Noah was very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone greeted me my wait time was less than a hour on a Friday which I didn’t expect. I highly recommend Discount Tire!

It was very fast! But I will NOT return to this store! I asked/ paid for FRONT tires since my car is a FWD vehicle which they did not honor. Now I feel more unsafe in my car cuz now I can’t steer properly. And yes I asked them to switch them and was told that’s what’s best! I would never return to the TAYLOR store.

Extremely professional end it up with a flat tire on New Year's Day. After work went to the closest tire shop, I could get to had about thirty people waiting in front of me with what looked to be most staff off for the holiday and they still prioritized every customer every worker. I saw in there was moving at a ranger pase just like the military, highly impressed with a speed. They got done with my vehicle under the conditions. Something you wouldn't see out of bell tire.

Stopped in to have one of my tires looked at for low pressure. Bought all four tires at once, over $1700. Bought winter tires year prior at cost of $1900. Spent extra money on top of the price of the tires for warranty on all for tires. Free rotation, free flat repair, etc. Did not get staff members name but first thing he said was I needed to have my wheel lug nuts changed on all four tires at a cost of $120. It was a safety thing for my benefit. Could not do any work on one tire unless I bought new lugs for all four tires. Be cautious when dealing with this location. Added prices even on warranty work I guess. Free work even after Bought under warranty is not going to be free at this location. Caution.
