I brought my car in for a routine tire rotation on the set of tires currently on my vehicle, that I purchased from this location. This was simply scheduled maintenance. Instead of rotating them, I was told they would NOT perform the rotation because of “inner wear” and that it was considered unsafe to drive on them. Naturally, that was alarming to hear, especially since these tires were bought here and have not been on the vehicle that long. Before purchasing another expensive set of tires, I decided to get a second opinion. Came in for an alignment after having my front end completely replaced. I knew before hand that my casters needed to be adjusted and understood that Caster adjustments was above the tire tech's skill level - no big deal as the manager came out to discuss this with me. He told me that I could have a "partial alignment" done and assured me that my vehicle would be safe to drive because I could not stress enough that I drive 30 miles one way and 30 miles the other to get back and forth to work. Initially, she considered purchasing a new tire but was uncertain whether the tires had been purchased elsewhere and potentially still under warranty. Their service is hit miss I haven’t gotten tires here before and were pretty fast. Today waited for ten minutes to get air for a tire and was never even acknowledged. Finally decided to leave.

Paid the money for tires, great service. Come in today for rotation, and they tell me I have to wait 1hr 45min. Should take less than 5 minutes. I asked if I could run other errands since I live an hour out of town and they said they take me out of line if I leave. So accept the poor service or leave the only options. Nice!
