Discount Tire

Honestly not happy with my experience at Discount Tire. Back in October I paid $700 for all 4 new tires and this location was the last location to touch any of my tires. I ended up having a broke stud most likely because they overtightened it and they had to refer me to another shop to get it fixed. I waited almost 2 hours just for the invoice referral because Manager Philip was in a meeting. Not only did I wait 2 hours for the invoice but the Brake Masters shop I was referred too, I went to and scheduled in advance and they told me they would order the part that day, that way when I come back for the appointment they would have it ready. They did not have the part the day of my appointment and I ended up waiting 4 hours instead of the 2 hours estimate time I was told in the beginning beca

Best price I could get for the exact tire I wanted and they had it delivered to their store the next day. Everyone was super professional, busy, nice, and the everything was very clean and organized. I got in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I do recommend making an appointment online if possible. Very knowledgeable and good at what they are doing.

Hugh provided great customer service and was very informative. My only issue is that it takes awhile to get help if he’s busy. He called for back up when more customers came in which no one came for another 15 mins. I think this shop would run a little better if they had at least 2 people up front to check in customers. I hope this is passed on to Jay at the Tolleson location. He was the most helpful today. I had a nail in the tire, and he did some troubleshooting. We agreed the nail didn't go in far enough to require any work. He checked all tires for air pressure and removed the tiny screw. He didn't take advantage and try to sell anything. Actually, this is why I keep going back for all my tire needs. These days, it's hard to find good customer service, and it was nice to have a patient person who explained everything and made sure my car was safe to drive.

Love this place! Louis has gone out of his way more than once for me, that’s why I will only come here for tires.
