I had an unexpected situation today while taking my mother to a doctor’s appointment in Tomball when one of my tires suddenly went flat. Fortunately, there was a nearby Discount Tire in the Tomball Marketplace area. Because it was extremely hot outside and my mother could not step out of the car, the team understood the urgency and helped me right away. David assisted me immediately and handled everything very professionally. He explained the issue clearly, was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly to resolve the problem. I truly experienced great humanity, customer care, and professionalism. Thanks to David and the team, I was back on the road quickly and able to continue our day. Nick at Discount Tire in Tomball, TX was very professional and helpful when I went in this week for 4 new tires on my pickup truck. The overall experience with Discount Tire is always very good. I will say, and not applicable to this recent visit but one before, the windshield wipers I bought from the location have not worked well. So, that offering to me is questionable, but for core services, it's great.

Showed up with nail in tire purchased $1200 worth of new tires, wake up next day and find other front right is flat. Go back in and we are told the OEM ford rim is cracked and was not seen when new tires installed cause they only inspect the front of the rims for damage or issues? Not really reassuring when my family rides in this suv and just dropped $1200+ on 4 new tires per recommend when only came in for a nail in a tire. Then are told the rim is $675 and we need to pay for this. Left with janky spare on and now having to wait on a new rim we had to buy cause more then likely rim was dropped during install but we have not proof. I have always had great experiences here. They have amazing customer service and care about their customers. Sitting here getting my car worked on and I am observing their sense of urgency and caring interactions with their clients. Getting tires is not fun and it is expensive, so this means a lot.

The gentlemen that checked me in was super nice. However, I came to get a nail removed and patched and the cut my tire on the inside as they removed it. Claimed it had to have been installed that way, even though I've been driving on them for a year and a half and that I could probably get the tire replaced at the place they were installed. They claimed that the shop that installed them had done it. I went to tire and wheel connection and they agreed that discount tire did it but he would replace it anyway. I believe you guys should pay tire and wheel connection back for the cost of the tire. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with your facility breaking something and trying to say you didn't.
