Discount Tire

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire. The entire process was seamless and simple. When I went to price out new tires, Kyle the salesman was incredibly helpful. After talking, I decided to go with them, and at the last minute, Kyle said he might be able to find a cheaper, just as good tire. He did some work on his computer and found a set that was $75 per tire cheaper than I expected, which I was very happy about! When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was so friendly and courteous. They kept coming out to update me on the process and told me about my car and tires. Overall, it was a seamless, smooth process, and I really enjoyed it!

You guys are awesome hands down! I called today looking for some blizzak dmv2s, your inventory was off and you only had 3 of them. So what did you guys do... upgraded me to blizzak WS90s which also had a rebate and ultimately saved me money. I didn't have an appointment, but you guys checked me in, even with you're insane schedule. Yall were absolutely slammed today with the first snowfall of the season and I knew I was going to have to be patient and wait. Well worth it! Once it was my turn, yall had them balanced/mounted in less than 20 minutes. Your team was out there handling so many cars it was impressive to watch. Horrible location. The manager on duty, a white male was greedy, pushy, and extremely rude. He repeatedly tried to pressure us into buying brand-new tires even though our tires did not need replacing. He didn’t want to properly inspect the car or honor services that are supposed to be free. His only focus was upselling. I’ve been to Discount Tire locations in California where the customer service is honest, respectful, and goes above and beyond. This location was the complete opposite. The manager talked down to us and made us feel uncomfortable, and at times his behavior came off as biased and disrespectful. Great deal on the tires I bought. Where to start....Well, My mom's car has apparently needed tires for a while now, and I never knew. That is until about 2 weeks ago when I used her car while she was on vacation. My mother plans on keeping her car maybe another year, maybe a year and a half. I shopped around, did my research, and kept shopping around. I did not want to put top-notch tires on when she is planning on trading. This is the best discount tire I have been to. They are professional, quick, and do an excellent job. They asked if I wanted to have my alignment checked and were not pushy at all about it. I did get an alignment and the price was super reasonable. Thank you!
