Discount Tire

Been coming here for years. Generally speaking, I’m a fan of Discount Tire, as they have good prices and service. Today, I’m posting a 2-star review. Here’s why. The last few times I’ve been here, I’ve made an appointment. And still, I end up waiting 1-2 hours. It’s almost like the appointments don’t matter anymore, and you’re just scheduled with the walk ins upon arrival. Today specifically, I returned because they scratched up one of my factory rims while installing new tires a few weeks ago. I appreciate them owning it and ordering a replacement, but I made an appointment to get the new rim installed, yet had to wait > 1hr even still for them to fix an issue they caused. That’s on top of having to take off work and drive 40 miles each way for it. That all is disappointing. It feels like

Easy and stress free! Placed my order online, they called and said they had what I needed in stock, so I came in two days earlier than when I scheduled and had my fifth wheel tires changed out by the time I ran for a propane refill. Even loaded them for me. Easy, efficient, and stress-free

Courteous and competent service. Always very happy with the way I am treated. I like knowing that I have a new set of tires with Discount's warranty.

Justin is awesome at what he does. Made the whole transaction a breeze and was knowledgeable about what he does. 10/10 best discount tire I’ve been to in a while.
