Discount Tire

On my way to get an oil change at my dealership my tire picked up a screw. The dealership wanted to charge over $40 to have it fixed. I called discount tire and they said they’d be willing to fix it free of charge. When I arrived, I was greeted by Tyler and his team discount was able to patch the tire with no issues and it did not cost me anything. I would definitely recommend discount tire for their honesty, integrity, and friendly service. Thank you Tyler and his teammates!

The customer service is first rate. They gave me good-better-best tire options when I purchased tires last year. Since then, they have put air in the tires when needed. They rotate the tires and make sure you have all the information. The on-line appointment booking is easy to use. The lobby is clean and the staff acknowledges you immediately. They run a good business and I will continue to get my tires here. Impressive staff featuring fast, friendly and quality service.

I would highly recommend buying tires with a warranty from Discount Tire. If you are like me , you go into any car repair establishment expecting to be taken advantage of, pay a higher price, and for some reason never get to use any warranty as expected. I guess I was almost shocked when Discount tire, in their honesty, told me my back tire (one of two I had purchased under warranty) could not be fixed. A new tire was covered for free without question. I was recently traveling in St. Cloud, MN Before returning back home, I noticed my tire was nearly flat. I called a nearby discount tire. They got me right in patched the tire for free and sent me on my way. They are so friendly and professional!! Bought tires here a few months ago, balancing didn’t feel quite right. Took it back a week later to be rebalanced, felt a little better but still not quite right. Had some vacations + crazy work schedule over the holidays so it took me a bit to get back in. Finally took it back in at the end of January to be rebalanced again, felt a bit better but still a persistent, noticeable vibration at and above 60-65 MPH. Took it to the dealership this morning to get another set of eyes on it, thinking maybe the balancer(s) were needing a fresh calibration or something- dealership noted three tires were in good shape & the last one needed significant amount of weight and had high road force, their recommendation was to replace the tire.
