Discount Tire

This is my go-to tire shop living out here and make sure you ask for Junior! Not only does he really know tires, but he’ll get you exactly what you need and at the right price. I don’t even bother shopping around because his customer service is outstanding, which isn’t always easy to say about Discount Tire in other markets. While the company aims to lead the way in customer service, some locations struggle due to high demand, resulting in long wait times both in line and for service. The Wenatchee store is a different story altogether. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how smooth and seamless the entire experience is.

I usually book an appointment online for tire rotations, but this time I was getting new tires so I just drove in. I was hoping to pick the tires and get an appointment within a couple of days. Jose said they could have the tires on within an hour and I ended up waiting only 35 minutes. Great service and price.

The whole team really was fabulous! Cory initially answered my call and quoted me, great customer service, patient and knowledgeable. They had my tires in stock and were able to schedule me in a little later the same day! When I arrived, Zach got me checked in with ease and in general the overall vibe was very pleasant. They finished sooner that the estimated time frame, super fast! Again Zach got me paid out, very patient and helpful while figuring out my payment method! Not to mention it cost me $500 LESS than quoted elsewhere!

Called in for a price for different size of tires. Told them I had new tires just installed less than 100 miles on them, gave them type, size etc. they told me be about a $550 difference. So I drive in from chelan all the way down there for them now to tell me all 4 of them worth 25 each. Bait and switch. Costed me nearly 1k.

I had just put a lift on my truck and was in need of new wheels and tires. I worked with Corey at discount tire and he went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out great. I am a discount tire customer for life! Thanks guys
